Climate Change in Our Heart, So Let's Control Our Mood

What's everybody talk in this year.....? I dont know. But, I suggest it's about Climate Change. Yeah because that is our problem. Climatte change was a big problem in the world. But, now I dont like to talk about those climate change as usual. It's about climate change in our heart. Your daily change in your heart, your feelling, your passion, your happiness (happy or sad), something like that. What we call in Indonesian slank as "moody". Yeah it's about our mood.

In the fact, like or dislike, sometimes the atmosphere of our heart was not stabile. Sometimes we have a good-mood or a bad-mood. So, I give you a suggestion, dont be hanging on your mood. Everybody must create our own good mood. But how....? it's depend on your soul, what kind type of a man you are. You're the boss. You must create the best thing on your life. I only give some suggestions. Here some suggestion for you how to control your mood :
  1. Just control your heart, you're the boss of your heart. So dont be stupid, dont be moody-man. If you want the bad time, you gain it. If you want the bad thing, you get it. Otherwise, if you want the Good times, you get it.
  2. Left the thing that you disilike. If the television programm makes you sick, make you disgust, as soon as left that programm (in indonesia we have some bad program such as sinetron, telenovela, and another worst programm, sorry only my opinions).
  3. Renew your happiness, renew your soul. Fill your heart and your soul with some precious and valuable thing. You can get a prayer, you can also make some meditation, or maybe you need a spiritual teacher.
  4. Find your happiness with your own style. You can read a good book with your own intereset, or hear your favourite music, or cooking your fave cookies, or gardening, or just talking heart to heart with your intimate friend or your soulmate. Whatever, it's up to you.
  5. Always renew your heart, renew your soul with some contemplation. Just give your heart, about 10 minutes everyday to thinking your life, to thinking what a lovely time your life.
Well that's only my suggestions. I'm sure if you do it with your honestly way, trust me you never loose, your heart gonna stabile. Let's try it and say goodby to your moody's days.


Teman-teman, tulisan di atas sebetulnya saran kepada diri sendiri juga untuk siapapun di seantero jagad ini (he, kalau mereka baca tulisan ini) agar tidak jadi orang yang "moody-an". Kitalah yang tau siapa dan bagaimana diri kita. Kita juga yang paling tau cara mengatasi masalah kita. Ini hasil perenungan saya hari ini, setelah tadi jengkel melihat acara buruk (maaf hanya pendapat pribadi) di televisi kita. Tentunya siapapun harus introspeksi diri bahwa tidak seharusnya kita kesal, marah dengan kondisi tersebut. Toh kita bisa meninggalkan hal yang tidak kita sukai, lalu mencari apa yang kita sukai. That's our soul journey hari ini. Mari kita renungkan bersama.

  2. @Tukang komen, hehehe, tau aja yg sy maksyuuud. Anger management (spt yg di film itu) itu lebih siip. Hey, ini cuma uji coba, belajar mencari tulisan yang dibutuhkan orang sejagad. Namanya org gaptek, cm menebak-nebak. Ajarin sy ya.

  3. Kalo aku mbak Elly, membangun good mood mulai dari saat aku membuka mata di awal hari yg baru. Yg pertama aku pikirkan adalah: apa yg menyenangkan hari ini ya? Misalnya aja hari ini: ah..mo nulis ttg buku bagus yg baru aku bc ah. Atau kemarin: nah..bosku keluar kota, jd aku bisa bebas ngapa2in. Ato, kalo hr itu ga ada apa2, aku akn pake baju favoritku, ato kalungku yg plg keren. Kadang2 bahkan memakai baju baru ke ktr bisa menimbulkan good mood. Dan biasanya good mood itu akan terus terbawa, sampai ada sesuatu yg bad terjd, mungkin.

  4. mmm..konsep anger management ini yg butuh kesabaran luar biasa ya, mengingat godaan di luar sana kadang2 bikin kita naik pitam, minimal mengumpat pd sesuatu yg tdk kita sukai.

    belajar..belajar lagi dlm pengendalian diriku , dan yakin di 'long journey' inilah aku bisa belajar banyak...

    Satu saja tambahan dari saya. Jangan dengarkan kata orang. Kalau kamu merasa cukup bahagia dengan apa yang kamu punya, ya berbahagialah. Menghargai hal-hal "kecil" yang kita miliki nggak ada salahnya. Kita nggak harus punya segalanya buat bahagia. Orang lain nggak punya hak buat mengukur kebahagiaan kita.
